Volunteers –

Thank you so much for helping Subaru Cyclo Cup! Your participation is important for making the races fun, safe and successful.

General Information:
During the races, we will have a Volunteer Tent setup near Registration. Here there will be a list with your assignment and a course map to direct you to the location. The tent will be WHITE and have a VOLUNTEER sign on it. There will also be a radio in the tent. If at any time you need help, pick up the radio and ask for “volunteer assistance” and we will get right with you. Please arrive a few minutes early for your position.

Task Specific Information:

Crossing Guard – The role of the Crossing Guards is to help pedestrians cross the safely course without interrupting the race. The course crossings will be controlled by gates made of course tape. The crossing guards will keep the gates closed until there is a gap between racers that will provide adequate time for the pedestrians to cross the course.

Course Breakdown (Sunday) – Following the finish of the Elite Men’s race (approximately 3:45) check in at the white and red MFG truck for assignment. Work will generally include removing stakes, course tape and other race controls. Bring a headlamp if you have one.
